2.Is the GSM module 4G or 3G?Do you have oceania and americas option available?
The GSM module is 4G.Our communication modules can be used in most countries in the world. Different countries need to customize different communication modules.
If you just need the 2G communication module,we can aslo offer it to you.
3.Do you also provide the APP and backend?
We can not provide the APP and backend for sharing project. You need to develop your own APP and backend or outsourcing. If you need the white label APP, we can recommend a software team for you.
4.Do you have anti-theft function?
We can provide you with anti-theft alarm. When the electric scooter was moved or vibrated in the off state, the electronic lock will generate resistance to the motor, the lock will locking the motor, and the electric scooter will sound an alarm.
5.What data can we get from scooter?
We can provide single riding time, total riding time, single riding distance, total riding distance,current speed,real-time positioning,fault code,speed limit, controller temperature, remaining ride mileage, battery capacity etc.
6. Why do you use the Bluetooth Module?
Bluetooth module is a backup data transmission scheme.Sharing electric scooters could be ridden by users to any corner of the city.You can add this feature to your APP, and let the user's App connect to the electric scooter via Bluetooth when the communication module's signal is bad.In this way, the data can be temporarily collected in the APP. When the signal of the communication module is good, the data can be transmitted to the server. Of course, the user's cell phone signal may in some cases be better than the communication module's signal, can also transmit data.
7. How does it work when we need to update the firmware?
Our IoT device support OTA capabilities.When you need to update the firmware,we can provide the protocol to update the firmware.You can update the firmware remotely.
8. If I want to test the sample, do you need me to send our sim card to you?
It is better provide the SIM card so that we can install it into the scooter to simulate the customer's
national communication network to unlock , locate and a series of tests to ensure that the IOT system can operate normally in the network state of the customer country, and we also need to debug the card and IOT device so that they can be perfectly connected with the customer's APP and system, otherwise the customer can not use their own app and system.
Before send you the samples, you should provide us with some information as follows:IP Or Domain,Port, User name,Password of your MQTT server,and the name of communication service oprator,the APN,bandwidth and authentication method of sim card.
For bulk order, we hope you can send us all your sim cards, we will install sim cards for you, it will save you a lot of time.
9.Can I customize the colour and logo?
For bulk order,we can customize these based on the MOQ 100pcs.
